SUSAL CONSTRUCTION was established in 1981 and began operating in Gauteng. We relocated our business to the Kwazulu-Natal South Coast in 1984 and have already successfully completed numerous projects along the South Coast.

SUSAL CONSTRUCTION is currently only one of three contractors allowed to perform construction work at the San Lameer Estate and is currently only one of four contractors allowed to perform construction work at Ekubo Estate.
We have a highly skilled
team with many years experience in the construction
industry and we are registered with the NHBRC and
Master Builders Association.
